WiFi Starter Pack provides internet speeds of up to 25.0 MBPS where you can browse the web, send e-mails, attend class virtually and connect on social media.

PRODUCT PLACEMENT If you received a portable WiSP device, place it in an area of your home where you receive the strongest signal—typically near windows. Avoid crowding by clearing any movable objects around your router or receiver. If your WiSP device is mounted onto your roof, then a clear line of sight near an access point is required.

ACCESS POINTS Unlike mobile internet services such as cellular, fixed wireless service is tied to one physical access point per subscriber and does not support roaming. Ensure your device remains in its designated set-up area.

WEATHER may impact the speed and stability of your WiFi Starter Pack connection. Heavy rains could cause interference, thus reducing the speed.
